A good teacher is fair, but at the same time recognizes differences in his students. A good teacher knows his students – if his classes are large , he finds a way to know them. This is not easy ,but if we are to have quality education , we have to see that monster classes never develop. The word growth means simply getting bigger . Actually , growth has several meanings ,two of which are important for our purposes. In its simplest context , growth refers to an increase overtime in physical size of the whole body or any of its parts. No doubt the more highly skilled performer , when learning a new skill,will bring the congnitive processes into play by mentally rehearsing different alternatives before overt action. Maximum velocity or distance in throwing or striking activities is obtained through the principle of summation of forces and the related principle of sequential action . For example , a golf swing is made up of several parts in sequence ,each contributing to the total velocity in contacting the ball. It seems reasonable to assume that a protruding abdomen indicates that the abdominal muscles have been stretched. The pull-up is a popular exercise for testing upper arm and shoulder gridle strength , and is some form of the exercise which is commonly included in most fitness test batteries Water is rarely recognized as an essential nutrient by most persons. Adequate water intake is very critical for athletes. Perhaps nothing produces so detrimental an effect on performance as rapidly as does dehydration. During exercise your heart rate combines with your stroke volume to provide an appropriate cardiac output for the rate of work you are performing .At maximall or near maximal rates of work,your body might adjust your heart rate to provide the optimal combination of heart rate and stroke volume to maximize your cardiac output. Since health is vital to education and becausefitness is an important aspect of health , the questions arise as to how fitness can be attained, and then how it can be maintained once it has been gained . It has already been suggested that fitness is more than a product of exercise and that it includes such aspects as nutrition , rest , medical care, good living habits, and moderation.however , the dominant factors of fitness are stamina ,strength , endurance , and power.
